ayo ka na?? o_o
is this supposed to be "ayoko na" ? if it is, it translates to "I give up or I don't want to do it anymore"
if it's supposed to be "lumayo ka na" it means "go away".

did you mean "ayoko na"?
"Ayoko na" came from "Ayaw ko na." Meaning is something like : i surrender, i give up or you have to let go of something example in a relationship, if the boyfriend still wants to hold on and the girl is already giving up because she don't like to be with him anymore because of some reasons then the girl would say " Ayaw ko na"..
