the diffrence of "move back" and "shift back"
help..
In an english accent training video, the two phrases often appears when talk about the tongue's movement.
I just wonder what's difference between the two phrases.

"Shift"and "move" both mean to change to a different position. In this case, it would mean either to return the tongue to the previous position or move it farther back into the mouth; I would have to see the video to know for sure.
