ever shifting means to constantly change; especially in an unpredictable way.
The landscape in the northern states is ever shifting.
transferation means transforming; changing appearances; usually in a better way.
The landscape was going through a transferation, and it became so beautiful and full of nature.
This sentence is saying to embrace the fullness of life in it's beautiful transformations/changes.

this sentence doesn't make any sense so i dont think anybody can answer it. maybe this way: embrace the richness of life in all its ever-shifting currents and transformations.
in this case i think 'ever-shifting' is an adjective, 'transformation' is a noun.
