What's the meaning of "I'm right on the fence."?
I cannot understand the meaning of "I'm right on the fence."
Is it the same meaning as "I'm sitting on the fence."?
If not, what is difference between them?
Thank you,

My interpretation of it would be similar to 'I haven't decided yet' or I haven't chose which side I agree with yet.
For example if you had to choose whether or not you think the government should implement taxes on water usage.
