Привет, Azygos !
"не тяни кота за яйца "
Это идиоматическое выражение, которое не переводится буквально.
Оно имеет грубый оттенок. Это означает: ШЕВЕЛИСЬ, давай!
This is an idiomatic expression that can not be translated literally.
It has a rough tone. This means: Move it, come on!
Спрашива меня еще! Я отвечу!

It looks like an improper expression, converted from "Не тяни кота за хвост", as DarkSoulbringer has said, and the meaning should be the same, but just improper one.

Could you describe the situation, in which you heard this expression? It sounds strange to me, in spite of the fact that Russian is my native language. I know a similar expression: "Не тяни кота за хвост!". It means: "Be quick with your work!" or "Tell me at last what you want to say!" or something else (depending on the situation). But I am not sure that "Не тяни кота за хвост!" and "Не тяни кота за яйца!" are of the same meaning. Thus, I must know the context, in which you faced this expression.
