What is the difference between these two? Wht is the difference between みな and みんな? Sometimes I get corrected, sometimes I don't. Thank you for your help.

Normally, we use みんな for casual situation and みなさん for formal situation. みな(without さん) is not incorrect but unnatural in most situations. FYI, みんなさん is incorrect.

Same meaning. But みな is kind of written language or formal style.
