it has many translations because it depends on the meaning of all the sentence not only the meaning of each word ..
so you could say :
I do not mind.
I accept that .
there is no problem.
with pleasure.
sure.
of course.
why not !
and so on ..
but I want to say that this sentence is not from our standard Arabic language .
it seems to be as if it was english and someone translates it into arabic and wants again to translate it into english .. !!!
any way .. you are welcome and I hope to join me as I study english at faculty of arts and I'm egyption ^^

if some one gave you a suggestion about something, your acceptance of his suggestion would be saying "أرحب بذلك"
this expression is mostly formal in Arabic, no one used it in usual conversation. you can here this expression at TV news...

It means literally "I welcome it" but that's not usable in a conversation. Depending on the context (the situation on which it will be used in), It could mean "I'd love it" or "I'd like it" and "I'd appreciate it" if someone did something that you needed or offered to do it.
I did my best, hope it was helpful.
