Is there any difference between '話' and '言葉'? 何処が違うですか？

前提是这两个词都是名词的情况下：「話」指讲话的内容，比如：彼の話を聞くとやる気が出てきました。「話」　还有一个意思是故事，比如：あれは昔の話です。言葉的意思是语言，单词，比如この言葉はどういう意味ですか。
