"non tanto bene"
"mi sento molto debole" I'm feeling very weak
"ho la febbre" I'm running a temperature , I've got a fever
"ho dei dolori dappertutto" I'm aching all over
"il mio naso è intasato , tappato" My nose is blocked
"ho mal di gola" I've got a sore throat
"ho mal di pancia" I've got a stomach ache
