what is "score off the charts"?
"Genius people often score off the charts on IQ tests."
in the above, can I understand the "score off the charts" as genius' marks are the most and levels are the highest than any other one, is that right?

When something is off the charts, that means that it is extremely high, so you are right!
For example: The amount of songs Bob Marlie sold is off the charts!
