cram sth down sb's throat Which one is correct?? "cram sth down sb's throat" and "ram sth down sb's throat", or are they both correct and explaining different meanings?

Both are correct and mean the same thing, You can also "shove something down somebody's throat" or "jam something into somebody's throat". It means that you force someone to listen to your opinions and ideas and try to get the person to accept them.
