First of all, your title would be better if you translate it into 饭店用语 (restaurant expressions) 我一般用 “好了”,“就这些” “再来一碗”可以啊 再添一碗,再加一碗 都可以的 另外 小姐(先生),买单!Mz/Sir, could I have the bill please? Could you invoice me/make an invoice for me? (Is that the right expression of "开发票"???I'm not sure ><..)

If you are not sure if it is enough, you can say. you dont say 够多了 if you are the one who is ordering, normally that expression is used by the guests of the host to show their politeness and to help the host save money. If you say that yourself, it will make you look a little cheap. I think thats all

If I finish the food odering. I would say "谢谢!就这些!xie xie! jiu zhe xie!" Thanks, that's it! If I want to keep the menue and order some another food later but at that moment I hope the waitress fisrtly confirm the food I've ordered. I would say"嗯,先这样,我再看看。en, xian zhe yang, wo zai kan kan" En~now these is ok, let me have a look (Then I will tell you later)

加油哦!!O(∩_∩)O~
