Its a dialect used in the southern part of the Philippines.
It's either cebuano/bisaya (dialect).
The sentence means "I'm falling in love with Perrie's voice."
But the spelling is quite not right. It seems like a text message.
You may write it like this : " Maka-in love ang tingog ni Perrie. "
