Spanish Sausages
In Spain there are many things that in English are only describes as 'sausages.' In Spain, what is the difference between chorizo, salchicha, and longaniza? Are there other kinds of sausages in Spain that are common?

Chorizo, longaniza, salchicha no son diferentes clases de lo mismo, son cosas diferentes; en todo caso tal vez te refieres a embutidos, si así es el caso, sí, hay otros embutidos, por ejemplo: la moronga/morcilla (hecha de sangre de res); el salami y muchos otros embutidos están hechos de carne de puerco y se llaman diferente por el contenido. Es decir, la receta con la que se ha mezclado y preparado la carne que servirá de relleno.
