what's the difference between 也都 and 都也? It seems that if I change their order in a sentence they change the meaning too! But I have never understood when I have to use也都 and when I have to use 都也! Thank you in advance!

They are basically same. But I think people use "都也“ more often than "也都”. Anyway, it does't matter if you use either "都也“ or ”也都“.

each character stand for one meaning,it's not a word,so it mean nothing if you isolate them from some particular sentences, just change the order of these two characters makes no difference appearently

1 这里的车位也都满了。 the parking spots here are all occupied too. 我也都不会。I don't know how to do it at all either. 2 Can you give any example of “都也”?
