I (masculine) am at fault here/It is my (masculine) fault.
تمنی المذنب لو لم یقترف ما اقترف.
The culprit wished he never perpetrated what he perpetrated.
3) بریء

moth-neb [th- as in that]= guilty
أنا لست مذنبًا = I'm not guilty.
من المذنب؟ = Who is guilty?
مذنب =/= بريء
