SLOW/FLOW Is it correct to use FLOW as opposite of SLOW?

They are not opposites. The opposite of slow is fast. Flow shows movement. The opposite of flow would be to negate the movement, by using, for example, settle (v). i.e. The water flowed. The water settled.
