When should I use "jetzt - gleich - gerade" when they all mean "now" in english?

"jetzt" and "gerade" = (right) now
"gleich" is rather ~in a minute
Examples:
Er kommt jetzt gleich. = He'll be here any minute.
Er kommt gerade. = He's coming (right now).
