"To relieve oneself" means to eliminate urine (go to the bathroom). You probably meant to say: How do you LET GO and have some fun? I don't like dancing and parties. They stress me out even more. I mostly like to read and play the piano. Once in a while, I'll off with my backpack and explore the world.

I agree with Viviane. The sentence as it stands means "How do you go urinate or defecate and have some fun (while doing it)..." Note that "to relieve oneself" means either "to urinate" or "to defecate." If you want to use the word "relieve," you can say "how do you relieve stress and have some fun," or even more colloquially, "how do you let off steam and have some fun."

It Depends on my mood~ If I want to relieve from the stresses of my life, I'm going to play Kpop songs and reflect on the things I did on that day./ ah! another thing! have a bonding with your friends- it's is really helpful :) uhm~ Try other things! Like an experiment! You know! It's great to do things at first it's really fun and exciting :) (Just do Good deeds/things)
