What do you notice?
How should your tongue be when you pronounce the alphabets? Should your tongue be sticking out of your mouth?

I'm not sure what you mean by "What's your notice". So I will assume something like this:
Please notice how I speak. (or please watch how I say it)
When I pronounce the letters "th" the tip of your tongue should be slightly out of you mouth and touching the back portion of your front teeth.
