程度上,明白=了解>懂,懂的感覺好像只是看似明白或看似了解,但不一定真的很透澈

All of them mean "to understand"; however, they represent different levels of understanding.
“懂” and “明白” are used for the most simple and concrete way of understanding. For example, if someone gives you guidance of directions or explains a word for you, then you should you "懂了“ or ”明白了“.
The word "理解“ is used to express an understanding of a more complex situation, e.g. understanding someone's emotions, or the political system of a certain country.
“了解” expresses the deepest level of understanding. Translated into English it would be something like "deep comprehension/knowledge". An example sentence would be "虽然我不是中国人,但是我还是完全理解中国文化和习俗“.
Use 懂 and 明白 in every day conversations, 理解 when conduction a more in-dept conversation. Use 了解 in situations where you have a deep knowledge or understanding about a person or situation.
