Thy will *be* done. Subjunctive.
perche' si usa "vostra", "abbiate" con "Signore"?
In a religious context, whether this is to God or to the Pope, I don't know, plural forms are the polite form of address: Lord, have pity on us.
And: Your holy will be done.
