I am pretty sure it is this: 今日は水予備です。がんばりましょう（ね）。 (Kyou wa suiyoubi desu. Gambarimashou.[ne] ). {Literal Translation: Today is Wednesday. Let's do our best.} Hope it helps. ^_^
