哈哈哈哈，例句里，讽刺的意味相当浓厚。而“掉头”，则比较中性，无所谓褒贬。

谁这么都逗啊？！如果不是方言的话，用普通话“掉过屁股来”表示“Uターン“之类的意思，就太逗乐了……
