Yes, it's Kyungsang dialect, meaning "Right", but not often used by young people.

부산 is a part of 경상도, and of course 부산 사투리 is one of 경상도 사투리. Yes, right. 표준말(예, 맞습니다) 경상북도(useally, 예, 맞니더) 부산, 경남일부(예. 맞십니더 or 예, 맞아예)
