Which is more correct? The person/noun before the verb or after?
Because I have seen it both ways as in -
Ne va ierta Dumnezeu vreodată
or
Dumnezeu ne va ierta vreodata.
Is one way more correct? Or is one way more commonly used?

Those two phrases are supposed to be questions , right ? ( otherwise none of them sounds good ).
Both questions are equally correct (from a grammar point of view) and have the same meaning.
I'd probably tend to use the first : "Ne va ierta Dumnezeu vreodata ?" . But it's also possible to use the other version.
