Come si dice "ya know?"
E' un frase piccolo cui uso spesso in inglese alla fine della frase.
Usa così: "I just really want to be wealthy, ya know?"
Normalmente si usa nel una frase che esprime un pensiero molto comune.

io lo tradurrei con "sai" ( inf. sapere).
Es. Sai, ho solo voglia di prendere un gelato!

in italiano credo esistano diversi modi per esprimere il "ya know?", faccio alcuni esempi:
questo albergo è davvero bello, no/non trovi/vero?

Oltre a quelle forme che ti sono già state suggerite potresti usare anche : "nè/neh" .
Per esempio : Bello,neh? Ti piace,neh?
P.S: Utilizzata principalmente nell'Italia settentrionale.Molto informale.
