Pronunciation of either/neither [ˈaɪðə / ˈnaɪðə] and [ˈiːðə / ˈniːðə] What does it depend on? Thank you.

This is more of a preference issue, both are acceptable. aɪðəʳ is more common in British English. ˈiːðəʳ is more common in American English. That is by no means any rule though.

Yep, it just depends on where you're from. Sometimes even the same person will say it both ways.
