The part that seems a little confusing is "it integrates gemstone cultural concept." Is "gemstone" the name of a specific cultural concept? Or perhaps, are gemstones important to cultural design and ideas?? If it's the second one, it should say:
With its high-end lifestyle, it integrates cultural gemstone designs, cultural innovation, and R&D, making it a perfect commercial center.
