Note: If the noun was “the class,” I would choose B. But since it is “lessons,” I guess I should choose A, am I right? .... I think I have heard “I came for you” before....

I like "for" better, but "to" is also acceptable. "For" tells you why he comes, "to" tells you where.

恩,楼上好评,就是for啦,这里lesson和class 完全等价。也就是说,改成class也要选for的。这种练习题显然是:他来这里为了上画画课这样吧。
