Is 119 in Korean both fire (소방), emergencty (응급) and security (안전)?
How can I say emergency Number in Korean such as 119, 112?

We say 일 일 구 / 일 일 이.
일일구(119) is for every occasion, but fire and emergency mostly. 일일이(112) is usually for security or crime.
