你对第一个句子“我能看到你”的理解是正确的。 举例：（1）我们俩之间的距离不算太远，所以我能看到你。（there is nothing is in the way， or distance is not so far, so that you are not beyond my visual range.) （2）自从视力恢复了之后，我能看到你了。(I have the eyesight to see you) 第二个句子“我看得到你”，跟第一个句子是一个意思。比如，你在山上同山下的朋友招手，大声问到：“你看得到我吗？”他回答：“我看得到（你）”。 如果你想表达：Can I see you (at the cafe) ? 则用：我能（在咖啡馆）见到你吗？而不是用看到。 如果是反义，“我不能看到你”，和“我看不到你”，表达的都是同一个意思——你在我的视线范围之外。

to me these two sentences are exact the same, if something get in the way between you and your friends, you can say 我不能看到你們 我看不到你們 if you can see your friends clearly , you can say 我能看到你們 我看的到你們 so there are no difference between 我能看到你 and 我看得到你

I think they give u a misleading thing :D I mean they are correct but these answers can mislead u :D in fact 我能看到你 and 我看得到你 are the same. for example, if I am behind a door, u can say 我看不到你 or 我不能看到你 to me. one more time, they are the SAME. their difference is: 我能看到你 highlights the ability which is "I CAN see you" and 我看得到你 highlights the result which is "what do I get by using my eyes?--------ah, I see you" as u know, 得 is used for an adv who follows a verb, such as 跑得快 做得好 etc here 看得到你 看 is a verb. 到 is an adj (till/untill). 你 is a noun. adj + noun = adv my sight doesn't stop until you. so this highlights the result of seeing.
