「やっとけ」＝「やっておけ」、つまり「やっておいてください」の命令形です。
３．(動詞の連用形､または､それに助詞｢て｣の付いた形に続けて) 用意･放置の意をそえる｡話し言葉では､｢ておく｣は｢とく｣となることもある｡あらかじめ､ある動作をする｡前もって…する｡ (広辞苑より）
