English: "How many children do you have?"
Tagalog:
1] "Ilan ang anak mo?"
(Used to ask how many children they have "at the moment".)
2] "Ilan NA ang anak mo?"
(Used when we already have previous knowledge that they have children.)
(And, we added "na" to emphasize that we want to get an update regarding any "additional" children in the family.)
--------Vocabulary--------
ilan: how many
anak: child
mo: you
