There are a lot of ways of asking about what a second person is going to do this weekend, informal to formal, but here are a couple of literal translations of it :
今週末は何をしますか? (= こんしゅうまつ は なにを しますか)
今度の週末は何をしますか? (=こんどの しゅうまつは なにをしますか)
この週末は何をしますか?
Also these are more or less the same meaning :
今度の週末は何か予定はありますか? 予定=よてい
今度の週末は何をする予定ですか?
今度の週末は何をされますか?
今度の週末は何かすることありますか?
今度の週末とか何をするんですか?
