what is meant by "bilkul" the hindi word?where we use it?

The meaning of bilkul is "Absolutely". And we can use it wherever we use absolutely. e.g Absolutely it's working = Bilkul ye kaam kar raha hai, He's absolutely true = Wo bilkul thek keh raha hai.
