What is the meaning and when do I use "readily"? Is the word "readily" similar to "easy" ??

In the phrases you gave "readily" means:
readily understood = easily understood, understood without much effort
readily available = commonly available (easy to find)
readily accessible data = data that is easy to access

Readily is an adverb which means: quickly, promptly, willingly.
for example: The information is quickly accessable on the internet.- I can quickly find the information I want.
I am willingly available to help - I am here and willing to help you.
He promptly understood - He understood immediately
