When I heard the two sentence, it's sure you want to go to Korea.
But "한국에 갈래요" sounds that you selected Korea among other options and you have an actual plan to go to Korea.

"한국에 가고 싶어요" = want to go to Korea.
"한국에 갈래요" = To expose intention to go to Korea.
