How to write "oe" in Hangul?
In my dictionary, I found "oe" is written as same as "ᅪ". So, how to write "oe" in Hangul?

The vowel "ㅚ" romanized is translated as "oe".

I think it's 왜 ---> "why"

It can't be written same as " 와 ", they have a totally different pronunciation. It can " 의 " or " 외 ". A native speaker can help you better :)
