"Can you tell me how I can get there?" is the only correct sentence. You only need one reverse word-order to make a question, and "Can you tell me" does that. The rest of the question follows a normal word order.

I'm afraid I don't understand " can you tell how can I tell you".

''Can you tell me how can I get there'' is the correct one. The second way is when you're answering to some question with another question. But there're more grammatic issues about that.
