Kapag pumunta ako sa Manila bibisitahin/dadalawin kita. Or Dadalawin/bibisitahin kita kapag pumunta ako sa Manila.

you can also say "kapag dumating ako sa manila, dadalawin kita."
"kapag pumunta ako..." is "when i will go...." "kapag dumating ako..." on the other
hand means "when i arrive" which i think is closer to "when i come...."
