The advent of what?
July 13, 2013
It depends.
If it is an event like a convention, then it could possibly "in".
If it is a specific day recognized by others then it could possibly be "on" like "on Christmas Eve".
But most likely it is "at", whether you are referring to thee religious period before Christmas, or if you are talking a general advent of anything else.
