You can translate me gusta viajar: i like travelling and me gustas tu: i like you
It's the same meaning, you like something, but in this case, "gustas" is only used when you like a person, 2nd person of singular.
Other examples:
Me gusta jugar al futbol. (something)
Me gustas tu (2nd person singular)
Me gusta el/ella (3rd person singular)
Me gustan ellos (3rd person plural)
Me gustáis vosotros (2nd person plural)
I hope you understand.

There is a differernce between English and Spanish.
In English, the subject is 'the person who likes':
I like going to the cinema
She likes going to the cinema
In Spanish, the subject is 'the person/thing' that 'is liked'.
With things, we use the third person:
Me gusta la casa de tu hermano (la casa is singular)
Te gusta la casa de tu hermano (la casa is singular)
Le gusta la casa de tu hermano (la casa is singular)
Me gustan las casas grandes (las casas is plural)
Te gustan las casas grandes (las casas is plural)
Le gustan las casas grandes (las casas is plural)
With verbs is also used the third person:
Me gusta ir al cine.
Me gusta levantarme tarde.
You can also use with persons
Me gustas tú
Le gustas tú
Nos gustas tú
