In english it would be something like "living only costs/takes life"

Je pense qu'on pourrait dire ''vivre seul nous coûte la vie''.

Hello Pablin ! I studied Spanish for ages and I think it means :" vivre seul coûte cher . (ou) Vivre seulement est coûteux . " Tell me .
