What is the difference between 'me encanta' and 'me encantan' ?

it depends if it's singular or plural
me encanta (singular)
example : me encanta la musica
*you can also it with a verb* example : me encanta bailar/hablar/cantar.
me encantan (plural)
example: me encantan las lenguas/ me encantan los deportes
