what's the difference between "Aap kaisi hain?" and "Kia haal hain?"?

Sense is the same, the difference lies in expression, Literally Aap is you, kaisi how hain are, that is how are you, ( for a lady-perhaps more polite form) , kia haal hai, literally means how is it going.

There is no difference between them,both have same translation..How are you?
