I would go; 東京楽しんで!暑すぎないといいね。
Enjoy=楽しむ
The time in Tokyo = 東京での時間
And= そして、それから
I hope= 〜である事を望む、〜でありますように
It's not =〜でない
Too =あまりにも〜すぎる、
Hot=暑い(the weather temp)、熱い(temp for other things)
There=そこ
Saying separately "enjoy" part from "I hope" part would be more natural, in my opinion.
About "hope", we seldom say "〜である事を願ってます" like we pray for you, but we just say "〜だといいですね" instead.

I think you can say“そんなに熱くないように、楽しい東京の旅を(祈りいたします)。”
