Always is an adverb of frequency. In English such adverbs are usually used before the main verb. However, if Be is the main verb and not auxiliary verb it used behind "be". That's why She will always take care of me is the right form. http://www.ego4u.com/en/cram-up/grammar/word-order/adverb-position

The use of "about" in both sentences is incorrect. In English, the correct usage would be, "She will always take care of me."
