I made a houmous homemade. Is it correct ?

It would be better to write "I made homemade hummus".
Did you prepare it from scratch? The phrase "from scratch" means that you took garbanzo beans (chick peas), perhaps tahini, and other ingredients rather than just mixing a few items together.

You should say, ' I made a homemade humus'. You can then say you made it from chickpeas, tahini paste and lemon juice.

Almost, but "I made homemade houmous" would be better.

I think that if you made the hummus it must be home-made so the home-made is unnecessary.
You could say " I made the hummus" or "this hummus is home-made"
