As we all know, parents are not the only ones who teach their child(ren) how to speak. Playground, kindergarten, school. Neighbours, grandparents, other relatives. And even organisations. Just because their parents are deaf doesn't mean that they live far away from civilisation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_of_deaf_adult
